Before we get into the specifics, we would like to emphasize the following key aspects of our shipping policy:
We aim to deliver our products to you as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our shipping policy.
There will be no shipping charge. For all orders, shipping charges are on the house.
Our primary shipping partners include Gati, Safexpress, and Delhivery.
All shipments (except customized orders) will be dispatched within 4–6 weeks, depending on your location.
Customized orders will be shipped in 7–8 weeks.
In certain circumstances, products may be delayed by 24–25 weeks.
Products will be delivered only in sealed packaging. Open box delivery is done neither from Horizontal Eight’s side nor from our shipping partner’s side.

Delivery
Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, the maximum delivery time within India will be 7–10 days. Exact delivery time may vary from place to place.
Generally, once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification on your registered contact details with shipment details and the courier service used. Some of our shipping partners provide tracking facilities, and you can track your shipment directly on their websites. Tracking details, if available, will be included in the shipment notification sent by us.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned above, we do not guarantee delivery within specific timelines, as it depends entirely on the shipping service. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:
Bad weather conditions
Transportation delays
Political disruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances

To the maximum extent permissible by law, Horizontal Eight shall not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue, or goods incurred due to delivery delays.
